The work, by trade.

Painting is the work David is asked for most. The same company also rehabs houses, builds and restores cabinets, and lays the floors that finish the job.

House rehab and remodeling

Whole-home updates: kitchens, baths, and the rooms that have to work together afterward. This is the job when you need more than a coat of paint or a single cabinet.

A walkthrough comes first. The quote names the rooms and the order of work.

02

Painting

Interior and exterior painting, including walls, trim, doors, and the repaint after other work is in. Color is chosen in the house, in the light those rooms actually get.

03

Cabinetry

New kitchen and bath cabinets, fitted to the room. Layout, measurements, and install stay with the same company that is painting and flooring around them.

Cabinet restoration and painting

When the boxes are sound, they can be repaired, sanded, and painted instead of replaced. A kitchen can come back without a full tear-out.

Flooring

Hardwood, luxury vinyl, and the other floors that have to meet new cabinets, new baseboards, and fresh paint. Flooring here is part of the remodel, not a separate stop.
